These Terms & Conditions apply to the services and text messaging program of MT Ventures Home Services ("we," "us"), a home services business serving the Cincinnati, OH area. MT Ventures Home Services' messaging is operated by MT Ventures through its Lead Recovery service.
Text Messaging Program
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from MT Ventures Home Services about your service request. Messages include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, quote follow-ups, service updates, and requests for feedback or a review after your service is completed.
You can opt in in two ways:
- By submitting the Request Service form on our website and checking the optional text messaging consent checkbox, or
- By calling our business phone number — if we miss your call, we may send you a text message responding to the call you placed so we can help you by text.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further text messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.
General Terms
Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduling, quotes, and service details provided by phone, text, or web form are estimates until confirmed by us in writing. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
